Lettings Manager
Worcester Park London
£28000 £30000 basic salary (depending on experience)
£50000 OTE
08:45am6:00pm Monday Friday every other Saturday with a day off in lieu
We are looking for an experienced highly motivated full time Lettings Manager to work within our clients busy and successful Worcester Park London office.
Our clients main aim is to offer a proactive approach with great customer service for all their customers and to continue to grow towards being the area’s favourite estate agents.

Job Summary
- The main purpose of the Lettings Manager role is to maximize the overall income and profitability.
- You will also need to meet agreed personal targets and conduct market appraisals efficiently.
- You will be required to manage and mentor lettings team members to ensure they are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- You will manage the daily operation of the lettings department and host morning meetings making sure they are focused and helpful.
Required Education Skills and Qualifications
- Previous Lettings and valuations experience is required.
- Have a proven track record with knowledge and experience to generate new business.
- People management skills. Resilient driven and determined.
- Ability to communicate lead by example and achieve success.
- A Full UK driving licence and own car is essential (parking is provided).
