Job Description
Role Summary: We are in search of an experienced and forwardthinking Salon Manager to lead our team at each of our prime locations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills salon expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee salon operations drive sales and cultivate a positive and vibrant salon environment.
Job Description: As the Salon Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our salons in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will encompass managing daytoday salon activities fostering a culture of excellence in service delivery and driving sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and motivate salon staff to deliver highquality services and uphold our brand standards.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and expertise.
Effectively manage staff schedules performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
2. Client Relations and Service Delivery:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and addressing their needs and concerns.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional salon services including haircuts styling coloring and other beauty treatments.
Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall salon experience.
3. Sales and Membership Package Promotion:
Drive sales of salon services retail products and membership packages to meet revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
4. Operational Excellence and Compliance:
Maintain cleanliness hygiene and safety standards in the salon environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations policies and procedures.
Manage salon inventory equipment and supplies to support efficient operations.
Experience:
3 to 6 years of experience in the beauty or salon industry with demonstrated success in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with salon software and scheduling systems is a plus.
Salary Range:
Competitive salary ranging from 30000 to 35000 per month commensurate with experience and qualifications.
