We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our facility management services building strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in sales excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the facility management industry.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to promote our services
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales preferably in the facility management industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as required.
