Role: Sales Manager
Location: Pune Wakdewadi Shivajinagar Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyse sales trends and results.
Participating & organising in sales team meetings.
Team management and Customer handling.
Should have thorough knowledge about the bikes.
Responsible for monitoring team roles during Test Rides and ensure customer satisfaction.
Finding prospects and generating leads daily.
Ensure to close the sale and handle the customer till the delivery.
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target aligning with company sales policies
Ensure targets are delivered through people management performance review reward and
Provide ontheground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Document customer interactions.
Develop successful and ongoing relationships with customers and clients
Maintain data relative to partners accounts and activities
Provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and
add value to the selling process.
Requirements
Year of Experience: Should have a relevant Sales experience for at least 7 years especially in Premium Segment bikes.
Min Qualification: Graduation.
DL is mandatory.
