Job Description
Solano Countybased client is seeking a directhire Accounts Payable Specialist to provide assistance with the AP operations of the company. This is a hybrid position with a pay rate between $24$28/hour depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this position please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process a high volume of invoices in a timely manner
- Review POs and and resolve any discrepancies as required
- Provide support for AP communications between external vendors and company staff
- Verify GL balances as needed and and ensure the accuracy of AP subledgers
- Process expense reports as needed
- Provide support for audit processes
- Perform or support other related projects/duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 13 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Fullcycle accounts payable experience required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality/healthcare/housing is preferred
- Experience using Excel (entry to midlevel
