Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements and overseeing their implementation
- Classifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements. Working with HR Management to ensure that it is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams
- Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential
