In this important role youll leverage your expertise in content marketing and digital marketing strategies to spearhead our efforts in attracting new customers and promoting our beloved brand across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media including images videos graphics and animations ensuring each piece effectively showcases our brands message and connects with our audience.
• Create engaging and clickworthy copy to compliment the creative content.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends best practices and emerging platforms guaranteeing our brand remains a step ahead in a competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with team members in other teams across marketing design and product development ensuring your/our content creation is in harmony with our brand strategies and campaigns.
• Dive deep into social media analytics using performance metrics and drive strategic improvements ensuring our content continues to captivate and engage.
• Assist the digital acquisition team in exploring and testing new marketing channels.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years in creative content creation for recognized D2C B2C retail FMCG or consumer goods brands ideally from a fast growing/scaling small business.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in design art direction copywriting video production or motion graphics.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas that engage and grow our brand presence on social/paid media platforms.
• Excitement for participating in photo/video shoots and creating behindthescenes Q&A content and much more.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and other content creation tools.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms algorithms best practices for organic and paid content.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to transform marketing objectives into engaging content that boosts brand awareness engagement and conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with talent for writing engaging brandaligned copy.
