As a part of the customer success team you will:

• Guide our clients in implementing our tools in their organizations to make their vessel operations more profitable efficient and environmentally sustainable
• Assist our users with getting the most out of our services and help them identify and harvest the largest savings potential

Professional Competencies

• Educational background from the maritime industry or relevant working experience
• A solid understanding of commercial vessel performance
• Can speak read and write fluently in English
• Strong communication skills
• Technical understanding
• Able to act as a partner to your clients motivated by helping them reach their goals
• You are a gogetter and you are always looking for new ways to succeed
