Youll be managing all requests related to Customer Service Desk and Contract Management in order to provide a high level of service to clients and partners.
In your daytoday you will:
Support all activities within the Operations department and also collaborate with other internal teams
Manage all administrative subjects related to: Contract Administration Traffic Fines Customer Service Desk Services Complaints and Archive
Ensure the management of a contract since the moment it is activated until the end of the contract
Assure the fulfilment of the objectives regarding operational performance and ensure compliance within these objectives
Proactively follow up all pending items
Contribute to improve the quality of Operations Department acting as an example
Youre the person were looking for if:
You have a university degree preferably in Economics Management or similar
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
You have a general knowledge of Financial Institutions practices.
You have a high level of English and a native level of Portuguese.
You have a good command of Microsoft tools (Excel Word MS Teams Power Point).
Youre disciplined and methodical person dynamic and willing to face new challenges.
Youre a strong team player organized and know how to prioritize tasks.
