Job Description
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5 years + experience as a paralegal in litigation required
- Knowledge of and experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law- pleadings discovery, court procedures, e-filing
- Knowledge of and experience in commercial litigation including drafting of pleadings, agreements, discovery, court procedures, and e-filing
- Paralegal or Legal Studies Certificate preferred, but not required
- Computer skills including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs
