Job Description
About You
The successful Commercial Paralegal will have at least one year of commercial contracts experience in private practice or in-house. You will also:
- Have knowledge and experience of contracts and commercial negotiations;
- Evidence of being proactive in supporting your team;
- A good eye for detail.
You will have excellent communication ss and have a commercial, client-focused approach. You must be able to commute to either their Birmingham, Nottingham or Bristol office.
