Roles and responsibilities

Local Experience
Arabic nationality
Should know Arabic and English
Should know local labor law
Should be able to represent our company in the court of law
Must have 5 to 7 years local experience in Qatar

Prior Experience In

Litigation ( criminal and civil cases)
Ministries
Contracts ( Review, Drafting, Redrafting)
Commercial background is preferred
Must have driving license and vehicle
1. Case Management
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.
Case Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to gather facts and evidence related to the case.
2. Legal Research and Analysis
Research: Perform extensive legal research to support case strategies, including statutes, regulations, and case law.
Analysis: Analyze legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients based on research findings.
3. Documentation and Preparation
Drafting Documents: Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
File Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
4. Court Representation
Trial Preparation: Develop trial strategies, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
Court Appearances: Represent clients in court during hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
5. Negotiation and Settlement
Settlement Discussions: Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.
Advising Clients: Advise clients on the merits of settlement offers and potential outcomes of litigation.
6. Communication
Client Updates: Regularly communicate with clients regarding case progress and developments.
Interfacing with Opposing Counsel: Communicate and negotiate with opposing parties and their legal representatives.

Work Experience: Typically 5-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil or commercial litigation.
Trial Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting trials, hearings, and arbitration.

Research and Writing: Strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating settlements and resolving disputes effectively.
4. Analytical Skills
Case Analysis: Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
