Our client who deals in serviced offices serviced apartments interior d cor and property management is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will primarily be responsible for prospecting for clients generating leads closing sales market research building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities.
- Grow business by scouting for new leads and new clients.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
- Gather market and customer information for informed decisionmaking.
- Identify business opportunities through prospecting.
- Execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Establish contacts develop and build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Identify and provide ideas on current industry trends market activities and competitors.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers needs.
- Prepare sales contract while ensuring adherence to company regulations rules and guidelines.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing Business Management or related field.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in the same or similar role.
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry is mandatory.
- Should be proactive and have strong desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
- Possess proven sales track records.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Excellent negotiation market research and client management skills.
- Excellent organizational presentation communication (written and verbal) interpersonal team playing and time management skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software suite (i.e. MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
