Job Description

InHealth sees more than 4 million patients each year and we couldn t do that without our outstanding, dedicated team at our Patient Referral Centre (PRC) in Rochdale.
The PRC is focused on providing direct access and support to all our patients, with our Patient Care Advisors being at the heart of this. We own each step of the patient journey, from the first referral to the final report, our fully qualified teams provide the care and support our patients need, every step of the way.
This is a varied role with responsibilities across all disciplines of Resource and Planning to monitor and analyse operational data in real-time, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our healthcare services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance overall performance.

What you will do:
  • Monitor operational processes and systems in real-time to identify any deviations from expected performance
  • Analyse real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights that contribute to operational improvements.
  • Quickly identify and escalate any operational issues or challenges that may impact service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and management, to address and resolve real-time issues. Continuous Improvement: Work proactively to suggest and implement improvements to processes and systems based on real-time analysis.
  • Generate and distribute real-time performance reports to relevant stakeholders, providing clear and concise insight
  • Track holiday schedules, shift change requests, and monitors new-employees and seasonal shift needs.
  • Manage advisor skill groups and balance resources to achieve target KPIs.
  • Accurate collation of all core and non-core activities on a real-time basis to ensure up to date intra-day forecasts and accuracy.
