What Youll Do:
- Use your clinical knowledge to recruit top talent for healthcare positions
- Build and nurture relationships with physicians (MD DO) nurses (RN) and other healthcare professionals
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
Ideal Candidate:
- All levels ofclinical professionals welcome(IMG MD MBBS RN NP RT etc.) eager to transition into a recruitment role
- Passionate about connecting with and supporting your peers in the healthcare field
- Selfmotivated and ready to take control of your earnings with a commissionbased structure
