Job Description

Location:Remote Salary:$80000 base performance OTE $200000Employment type:Fulltime Freelance

About the Role
As the Associate Director of Sales you will play a pivotal role in the growth of RTT. You will lead and mentor a team of 30 sales representatives setting the strategic direction optimizing performance and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the executive team you will work closely with sales leaders and crossfunctional teams to shape and execute a sales strategy aligned with our mission to create lasting transformations in peoples lives.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire: Manage a sales team of 30 reps providing guidance tools and support to exceed performance metrics.

Strategy and : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition retention and revenue growth.

Target setting: Establish sales targets and performance goals reviewing progress regularly and adjusting tactics as necessary.

Training and development: Implement comprehensive sales training programs focused on product knowledge selling techniques and client relationship management.

Performance monitoring: Analyze individual and team performance providing coaching feedback and opportunities for development.

Crossdepartment collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with brand strategy.

CRM and analytics: Utilize CRM tools to track activities performance and client interactions providing leadership with sales insights and growth opportunities.

Process improvement: Continuously improve sales processes reducing leadtoclose time and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Foster a positive sales culture: Promote teamwork accountability and a resultsdriven environment.

About You

8 years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of managing and growing large sales teams (20 reps).

Experience in a highgrowth environment ideally in personal development coaching or health and wellness industries.

Strong knowledge of sales techniques pipeline management and performance analysis.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a strong valuesdriven team.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot GoHighLevel) and sales tracking systems.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisionmaking and strategy.

Ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to broader company goals.

Selfdirected organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

      Competitive base salary of $80000 performance bonuses.
