Description
As the Paid Social Executive at Influencer you will be responsible for the day to day setup trafficking optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns built around Influencer content. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Paid Media supporting the management of all paid media accounts and helping to educate internal teams on innovations and best practices for combining influencer marketing and paid media distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with the Associate Media Director to analyze all campaigns sold and set up campaigns for North America based clients
Build a close working relationship with the Client Services team to provide ongoing support and analysis of paid media campaigns and their performance
Responsible for the day to day internal management of paid social campaigns for a range of clients optimizing performance to upper and lower funnel outcomes and ensuring campaigns are running optimally throughout and meeting their objectives
Monitor and analyze campaigns; identify optimization opportunities for improving and scaling performance and deliver insightful campaign reporting
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and product solutions and support in the upskilling and education of internal teams in paid social with the objective of growing our existing business partnerships
Collaboration with the creative team to ensure creative concepts are in partnership with paid media strategies and platforms
Experience:
Have at least 2 years experience within the paid social industry
Have a strong understanding of paid social channels such as Meta YouTube and TikTok including their capabilities and best practices and the ability to coordinate cohesive campaigns across platforms.
Be able to manage campaign budgets creatives and be comfortable analyzing campaign data and report to Associate Paid Media Director on any changes or needs of the campaigns.
Understand trackable conversions ROAS and be able to report on it to the wider business
Organized meticulous about meeting KPIs with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of the influencer marketing industry is desirable
