The Road Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales by meeting with potential and existing clients in various locations outside the office. This role demands a high level of flexibility excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic sales environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales with a deep understanding of the company s products or services.

- Microsoft OneDrive for file sharing
- Microsoft Outlook for emails and calendar management
- Microsoft Excel
- Ability to take orders during client visits and accurately enter them into our online ordering portal both during regular hours and after hours as needed.
- Responsibilities also include conducting store visits to introduce new products conduct kit checks merchandise stock troubleshoot issues (excluding formal training) highlight products and provide additional value to clients.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal organizational administrative and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English is required; Afrikaans proficiency is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete tasks promptly and seek support when necessary.
- Adapt at managing multiple communication tools and software such as WhatsApp email phone calls and online diary.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
NonNegotiables:
- Must have prior ontheroad sales experience and professional training or experience in nail services.
- Ownership of a reliable vehicle a valid drivers license and insurance coverage for rentals in case of vehicle unavailability due to accidents or mechanical failures.
- Work schedule includes starting the first appointment at 8:30 AM and concluding the last appointment at 4:45 PM followed by a mandatory 15minute daily debrief with the sales team.
- Mandatory attendance at bimonthly internal training sessions scheduled before or after standard working hours (e.g. 7:308:30 AM or 5:306:30 PM; times may vary).
- Expected to conduct 5 to 8 client visits per day depending on the working area with all visits scheduled in advance and prebooked for the following two months.
- Outside employment or academic pursuits that could interfere with job responsibilities are not permitted.
- Given the jobs travel requirements candidates must have arrangements in place for childcare where necessary.
- Smoking is prohibited during work hours.
The successful candidate will inherit a robust preestablished client base which they will oversee in accordance with the companys Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) all under the mentorship of our management team. For workrelated travel a petrol card will be provided. Additionally a phone and tablet including minutes and data will be supplied for workrelated communications and tasks.
