We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good Member relationships.
An effective Telesales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in Members and developing business.

Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads to drive positive company sales results through crossselling and upselling
Go the extra mile to meet individual and future sales quota and facilitate future sales
Maintain Member accounts/data
Provide support to Members by learning about and satisfying their needs
Make cold calls or reach out to Members
Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective Members
Constantly develop knowledge and understanding of products in order to support Members
Handle Member complaints to preserve the company s reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum degree acquired from a reputable university
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other Sales/Member Service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Minimum degree acquired from a reputable university
Finance/FMCG/Telecom/Insurance/Renewable Energy Industry is preferred however fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand Member needs
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
