Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive Financial Services
Location: Noida Sector 128

Salary Package:
  • For candidates with 1 year of experience in any customer service: 22000 INR in hand
  • For freshers: 16000 INR in hand
Benefits:
  • Pick and drop facility available from dedicated pickup points
  • Handsome incentives up to 60000 INR apart from salary

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their financial needs.
  2. Educate customers about various financial products and services offered by the bank including loans credit cards bank accounts fixed deposits etc.
  3. Generate leads and effectively convert them into sales opportunities.
  4. Provide accurate and uptodate information to customers regarding product features eligibility criteria documentation requirements and application processes.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries they may have.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  7. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions using the designated CRM system.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales marketing and operations to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends regulatory changes and product developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach to problemsolving.
  5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
  6. Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  7. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
  8. High level of integrity professionalism and commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.
