Job Description

• Leads all digital transformation programs withing Business (B2B)

•Guide the B2B function through complexities of digital change, fostering culture of innovation and adaptability

•Define & execute B2B digital transformation strategy and its digital enablement to align with overall business goals and objectives.

•Analyze customer insights & behavior and define digital KPIs based on existing benchmarks and considering the business goals of the B2B BU

•Define and execute digital sales strategy, digital product enablement and digital channel roadmap.

•Lead and develop the B2B Digital team under the Go To Market & Partnerships function to drive the defined goals

•Create strategies for developing customer digital persona to feed into campaign targeting

•Define and establish governance model that structures B2B progress on priority initiatives, providing regular leadership updates

•Lead discussions with external partners and internal teams to identify new digital technologies that support digital change

•Ownership of B2B digital business case(s) and budget management

•Will act as B2B interface between (but not limited to) Technology, Sales, Customer Experience and Shared service teams

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to digital change initiatives

•Oversee introduction and integration of new digital tools, platforms and technologies that deliver business value

•Facilitate training to equip employees and account managers with knowledge and skills to adapt to digital change

•Define and create performance dashboard to track the success of digital change initiatives

•Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital change initiatives

•Forecast digital sales and digital deflection from legacy channels

•Manage digital assets and content, govern the evolution of the internal and external content

•Manage the digital transformation projects/program, intervene where needed, report risks to management

• Co-ordinate & effectively works with respective teams to roll out B2B Digital campaigns to achieve digital sales goals.

• Collaborate with digital shared services team to effectively manage Search engine optimization, digital market research and digital marketing for B2B.

• Define and execute a digital roadmap towards optimization of all B2B customer processes.
