Job Description

  • Provide inputs and decisions related to the business requirements mapping and its related processes
  • Positive and active force for change programmes around HRIS Systems
  • Updating ABA users at all levels on the further capabilities, updates and potential of the HRIS Systems
  • Provide supports to end users on best utilizing the system
  • Train new users in the system
  • Project management, contributing to the design of core HR process technology solutions
  • Establishing basic system administration, processes and protocols, including business process design
  • Manage the people reporting and analysis requirements for the organization.
  • Transforming people data into information and providing it to variety of audiences.
  • Participate in testing, trainings, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), acceptance testing and validation exercises of the new HRIS System processes; and log any issues encountered.
  • Collaborates with people and IT on the successful deployment and evaluation of solutions ensuring relevance, accuracy, timelines and optimal productivity.
  • Collaborate with the IT and IS consultant to ensure that functional requirements are fully incorporated and fitted within the agreed unified solution.
  • Constantly help increase user adoption to achieve desired operational efficiency.
  • Get fully equipped and trained with new HRIS system functionalities, features and transactional flows and transfer knowledge & train End Users (train the trainer) to the level that they can use the system.
  • Provide application and business analyst consulting services
  • Develop Functional specifications for ABA
  • Develop user Manuals, SOPs, requirement documents.
  • Change Requests Management
  • 1st line support and monitors active support tickets and expedites
  • Review deliverables from function and their division perspective; and provide their observations and comments; and give their sign-off to the IT– keeping in mind the goal of standardization.
  • Internal team meeting under the Project Manager/team leader supervision
  • Status reporting to the next level
