Our client who provides Information Technology (IT) solutions require an experienced Senior IT Sales Representative to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales managing existing accounts identifying customer needs and providing excellent aftersales customer service to retain customers.
Responsibilities.
- Set up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Identify potential customers through networking initiatives and other forms of communications.
- Prepare and deliver sales offers/presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports as well as sales plans.
- Research competitors products pricing and product success to determine customer preferences.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Lead and manage junior Account Management Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Promptly ensure submission of customers purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Attend training workshops and OEM Certifications to expand industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Marketing Business Management or any related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of working experience in the same or similar role.
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales target.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) interpersonal team playing and time management skills.
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word & PowerPoint)
