Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading teams that consist of multiple levels of management (i.e. teams that have scale and a magnet for talent).
- Experience working in the Israeli market or with Israeli businesses.
- Project management experience and/or ability to deliver across a variety of teams.
- Experience as a people manager with the ability to build a high performing sales team and build a team culture.
