Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Team Lead) you will lead a team of recruiters and oversee the endtoend recruitment process for our IT department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the IT industry. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance and support in sourcing screening and hiring IT professionals.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent including passive candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking events and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on technical positions.
Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment initiatives and achieving hiring targets.
Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates hiring managers and team members.
Demonstrated leadership abilities including the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming recruitment team.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
