Area Field Operations Manager

• The Area Field Operations Manager works with project Managers to plan assigned jobs
  
• Attend Project Shop Drawing Reviews
  
• Attend Precon meetings
  
• Provide input on means methods layouts etc.
  
• Recruits needed field employees.
  
• Develops daytoday schedules
  
• Coordinates with the material and equipment delivery schedules
  
• Oversees and trains field employees to assure project requirements will be fully met and recommends them for future assignment with the company
  
  

• Coordinates with the Project Managers to schedule needed personnel to execute project requirements
  
• Attends routine job meetings and safety meetings to promote communication between all parties acting proactively to prevent and resolve problems
  
• Quality Control
  

• Works with the Project Managers to ensure timely receipt of all needed materials equipment and tools to avoid work delays
  
• Receives and verifies that items delivered to the jobsite are appropriate for the job and properly stored or protected to prevent theft or damage
  

Requirements

• Associate Degree Required
• Proficient at setting tile and installation of soft flooring
  
• Proficient at reading blueprints
  
• Proficient at attending preconstruction meetings and working with General Contractors on site issues punchlists etc.
  
• Proficient at scheduling manpower
  
• Proficient at receiving material and material inventory
  
• Ability to work independently and travel across WI IA and Eastern MN
  
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
  

• 5 years
  

• 8 hour shift
  

• Monday to Friday
  

• Tile laying: 5 years (Required)
  
• Foreman: 5 years (Required)
