What you will be doing:

• Manage and contribute to the completion of all tasks ociated with developing customerspecific designs and project doentation.
• Support the customer sales process and ensure customer service excellence.
• Manage contractors to safely install commission and maintain metering and control technology.
• Drive and support the implementation of the ISO45001 OHS Management System in Texas.
• Act as the Texas member of the Global Safety Committee.
• Develop implement and monitor daytoday operational systems and processes to track and improve business performance.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve the way we delivers its products and services.
• Support the improvement of existing products and the development of new products through electrical design input.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest standards legislation products and practices relating to the relevant engineering discipline.

Experience you will need:

• Strong knowledge of threephase electrical systems medium and low voltage switchgear electrical metering control and protection systems.
• Ability to build and maintain strong and effective stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing contractors to deliver electrical site works.
• Ability to identify and work with crosscompany stakeholders to drive business improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in preparation and understanding of electrical drawings.
• Detailed knowledge of relevant US Electrical Standards NEC and local code requirements.
• Demonstrated project management experience including physical site works.
• Capacity to learn quickly and take ownership of igned projects from start to finish.
• Professional and selfmotivated with the ability to work both officebased and remotely.
• Excellent attention to detail and a processdriven approach to project delivery.
