Job Description

Role: Professional oc yst Sales Operations

Location Irvine CA 92614 (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months of contract to begin with possible extension

Job Description:

The ociate Sales yst supports Field Sales Representatives by ensuring hospitals receive necessary products embodying the Patients First philosophy. Ideal candidates leverage data to solve problems and collaborate effectively to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Accounts Customer Service and Field Sales to manage orders billing inventory requests and returns.
  • et Management: Oversee Consignment Inventory conduct audits and support product initiatives while ensuring financial compliance.
  • Data Insights: Provide actionable inventory optimization reports through qualitative and quantitative ysis.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to escalate issues and respond to customer requests.
  • Change Support: ist in launching new sales tools and processes providing necessary training.
  • Team Collaboration: Work together to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effective Communication: Share key business information with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Professional Development: Engage in training and projects to enhance ss.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance Communications Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance Operations Marketing Sales or Customer Service.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with large data sets and quantitative ysis (educational experience may count).
Top Ss:
  1. Previous experience with quality control/SOX compliance
  2. Worked on doentation and reporting of financial audits
  3. Strong in Excel (Pivot tables Vlook ups visualizing data)
  4. Contributed to inventory management in a highly regulated environment
