- Proven experience in a BPO environment with at least 8 Months in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to motivate mentor and lead a team to achieve goals
- Strong understanding of BPO processes technologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and call center software
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
