Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager/HR Head to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle various HR issues including strategic planning developing supportive HR and organizational strategies analyzing talent requirements recruiting and onboarding. The HR Manager/HR Head will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations maintaining cordial employee relations and ensuring appropriate compensation and benefits to motivate employees. Additionally they will be expected to redesign company policies and procedures as and when required identify training needs and implement training and development initiatives. Ultimately the HR Manager/HR Head will play a key role in ensuring our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Exposure to ISO Systems
- Knowledge of Labour Law
- PMS
- Exposure to Payroll Software
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel Word Outlook
