• Installation and Configuration:
• Lead the deployment and configuration of cuttingedge security products ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to design and implement robust security solutions.
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide toptier technical support for users of security products responding promptly to inquiries and incidents.
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks updates and patches to guarantee optimal system performance.
• Monitoring and Analysis:
• Implement and manage stateoftheart monitoring tools ensuring the security infrastructure operates at peak efficiency.
• Analyze security logs and alerts promptly identifying and responding to potential security incidents.
• Collaboration with Security Operations Centers (SOCs) or Network Operations Centers (NOCs):
• Work closely with SOC/NOC teams to enhance overall security posture.
• Actively participate in incident response activities and collaborate on intricate security investigations.
• Documentation:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• A minimum of 23 years of proven experience as a System Administrator with a specialized focus on security products.
• Preferential consideration for candidates with prior engagement in Security Operations Centers (SOCs) or Network Operations Centers (NOCs).

• Proficient in the installation configuration and maintenance of advanced security products.
• Extensive experience with both OnPrem and SaaSbased security solutions.
• Indepth knowledge of security protocols encryption and authentication mechanisms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external vendors.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills enabling effective troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) will be considered a distinct advantage.
