Our client is the UKs only manufacturer to sell and hire traffic light equipment. After decades of manufacturing and selling the client became the first and to date only manufacturer to offer traffic light equipment for hire to the Traffic Management industry. We service the UK and Ireland with a 30depot network (and growing!). We are a successful fast paced organisation with high growth ambitions.

About the role:

As our VMS (Variable Message Sign) Administrator you will support our VMS management team by providing a firstclass service. You will be responsible for endtoend admin support for the team. You will play a key part in keeping the messages alive.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting our VMS team in an administrative capacity.
• Raising quotations for our customers.
• Raise damage advice notes and follow through to conclusion and PO.
• Confirming on hires off hires on our internal management system. Following up with the client each time.
• Monitoring our battery voltage levels remotely via our tracking system alerting our team who will manage the next steps.
• Liaising with our customers to ensure we have PO requests on time.
• Receiving message requirements from customers and making recommendations on compliance.
• Message creation/design and scheduling.
• Sharing previews with the customer for approval and scheduling for appearance on units.
• VMS Location management and planning.
• Admin management of our trailer servicing.
