Overview:
The Senior Executive Warehouse Operations (QSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse operations in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. They are responsible for overseeing the daytoday activities of the warehouse optimizing inventory management and ensuring timely delivery of goods to support the seamless operations of the QSR outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall warehouse operations including receiving storing and shipping of products
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Oversee the labeling and packaging of products for efficient distribution
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff providing guidance and training as needed
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouse
- Collaborate with other departments to meet overall organizational goals and objectives
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the warehouse team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in warehouse management preferably in the QSR or food industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control and management best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve warehouse operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
