WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As the first Learning & Development (L&D) Manager at CloserStill Media (CSM) you will collaborate with the Group HR Director to establish an internal L&D function working with senior stakeholders to run training needs analysis and making practical and costeffective recommendations.
You will be involved in a range of activities from designing and delivering training on various topics including firstlevel people management training performance management and soft skills.
You will also be collaborating with the Recruitment Manager and Head of Telemarketing & Graduate program to ensure our entrylevel talent are set up for success.
You will be aware of CSM values and commitment to Diversity Equity and Inclusion keeping them integral to all L&D initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on writing and delivering learning interventions for the UK team but where appropriate provide support to CSM international offices.
The Role
Proven track record in a similar Learning and Development position within a fastpaced environment.
Confident in designing and delivering L&D programs from entrylevel to management ideally in a sales environment.
Ability to work autonomously and proactively seek solutions.
Prior experience integrating Diversity Equity and Inclusion into development initiatives.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office particularly MS PowerPoint.
Organized and analytical with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Able to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
Ability to influence at both operational and senior levels.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
Pragmatic and willing to roll sleeves up as necessary.
Thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Desirable:
CIPD and/or Train the Trainer qualification or similar.
Experience with a range of psychometric and other tools e.g. MBTI.
