Job Description
Preferred Qualifications
- Fully seasoned professional with 7+ experience and has been accountable for enterprise-wide projects and/or processes in the commercial or defense vehicle industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with mechanical and electric architectures as the defense market moves toward hybrid vehicle solutions and requirements for electrical power generation.
- High degree of integrity, business ethic, and leadership intangibles. Be accountable for meeting all standards, expectations, and achieving desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills combined with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
