Account Director - Internal Communication

Job Description This rolewill involve working on all employee engagement and internalcommunications initiatives for a key client, as well as supportadhoc on other clients. Jobresponsibilities 1. Works with clients and teamsto achieve business objectives that yield measurable businessresults. 2. Provides strategy, vision andcontinuous improvement to advance relationships with keyclients. 3. Supports on all internalcommunications initiatives, drafting key content and ensuring keyclient’s expectations are exceeded. 4.Identifies best practice employee engagement initiatives and sharesintelligence, as well as creates strategies to support clientobjectives with internal audiences. 5. Supporttalent development via learning and development, mentoring andcareer pathing. 6. Supports business developmentfor client work, and the creation of a dedicatedpractice. 7. Reach the hearts and minds ofclients’ employees to bring them along on a journey withan equal mix of art and science (process, tools behavioranalytics); create a compelling experience that shifts mindsets andbehaviors to drive long term impact
