- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 3:30pm some Saturdays when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent Grammar,
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Previous experience overseeing small teams.
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
