Job Description
- Lead program team members through multiple sustainment activities ranging in size/scope while ensuring timely quality products and services are provided in order to maintain a high customer trust environment
- Lead analyses for project strategy, stakeholder identification, scope, resource availability, change management, planning, and affordability to ensure C-32/C-40 mission success
- Discover new opportunities and solutions for problems and/or processes by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking to improve CLS performance.Including, but not limited to, leading CLS process improvements to parts tracking, logistics management, shop visit turn-times, and Boeing inventory costs
