What Youll Do:
- ist in managing the Front Office team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional service and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support the training and development of the Front Office staff to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Oversee the checkin and checkout process ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- A hospitality professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- A natural leader with a talent for inspiring and developing a highperforming team.
- Highly detailoriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication ss with the ability to effectively engage with guests team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required
