We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Air Freight Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating air freight operations to ensure efficient and timely transportation of goods. This role involves managing logistics, communicating with clients and carriers, and implementing strategies to optimize air freight processes.
1. Maintain the Customer requirements and complete satisfaction of the customers as per the KPIs set
2. Ensure involvement in Pricing and RFQ's
3. Maintain KPI
4. Close all files with costing and invoicing
