Job Description:
Sell2Rent is looking for an experienced HR Manager/Lead Recruiter who will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our team. The ideal candidate is not only a recruitment expert but also possesses a strategic mindset to drive HR initiatives aligned with our company goals.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent in the real estate and tech sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open communication channels.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Conduct regular checkins and exit interviews to gather feedback and implement improvements.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive workforce planning talent development and succession planning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance and proactive adaptation.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance management processes providing guidance on goal setting feedback and performance improvement plans.
- Support managers in conducting regular performance reviews and identifying development opportunities.
HR Administration:
- Manage HR documentation including employee contracts policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Administer benefits and leave programs partnering with external vendors when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10 years) as an HR Manager or Lead Recruiter preferably in the real estate or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes talent acquisition strategies and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English level Advance (C2)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Indepth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
