About the Position:
At Advancio we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle specializing in sourcing screening and selecting top IT talent. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruiting for technical roles and be fluent in English as they will be collaborating with global teams and candidates. We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented recruiter who can help us attract the best talent in a competitive IT market.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical positions (e.g. software developers system administrators data engineers).
- Fluent in English (advanced level) both written and spoken as a must.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of technical ss and IT market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation ss.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work in a fastpaced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Previous experience in a multinational or remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for IT roles including sourcing interviewing and hiring candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates using various ods such as job boards social media and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and indepth interviews to evaluate technical and soft ss.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Provide feedback and advice to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep up with the latest trends and tools in IT recruitment and continuously improve recruitment practices.
- Use advanced English to communicate effectively with international candidates and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Sales, HR Advanced level of English (written and spoken). Experience in administrative area Exceptional communication and organizational ss. Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment. Experience with basic office administration tasks. Proactive attitude, with a desire to learn and grow in the HR field. Nice To Have: Experience in recruitment or human resources. Knowledge of recruitment tools and candidate management systems Key Responsibilities: Post job openings on various job boards and platforms. Review resumes and screen candidates according to job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters. Maintain an organized database of candidates and their status in the recruitment process. Communicate fluently in English and Spanish, both in emails and during calls or interviews. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team with daily tasks. ist in creating reports related to HR and talent acquisition. Perform basic office administration tasks, such as managing doents, handling calls and emails, and providing logistical support for meetings and events.
