As an HR Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting HR operations by managing administrative tasks addressing employee inquiries and collaborating with various teams. Your strong attention to detail and passion for helping others will ensure smooth HR functions and contribute to our client s overall success.
Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Colombian Time
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home
Communication and Support:
- Respond to HR inbox inquiries providing accurate and timely information.
- Learn and apply various HR services and policies to effectively address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Handle comments questions and emails with clear and professional communication.
Team Interaction:
- Participate in weekly meetings to stay updated and coordinated with HR Payroll and Benefits teams.
- Collaborate with Payroll HR and Benefits teams to provide crossfunctional support.
Documentation and System Management:
- Upload files to the HR system and maintain employee profiles.
- Assist in creating processing and updating process and procedure documents to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements

- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support.
- Willingness to assist and effectively address employee needs.
- Positive serviceoriented attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Familiarity with HR systems particularly UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel with experience using Outlook and Word.
