Purpose of the Position
Responsible for developing Recruiting processes for organizations committed to the sustainability of their value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of initial client liaison for DNA profiling development.
DNA Profile Development.
Call for applications: Search and attraction of candidates through internal and external matteria networks.
Profile filtering and preselection.
Telephone interviews with preselected candidates.
Profile preselection.
Development and delivery of Project Progress Reports (Week 1 and 2).
Virtual interviews with preselected applicants.
Application of technical tests to preselected applicants.
Application of psycholabor tests to preselected applicants.
Development of Evaluation Reports for final shortlist candidates.
Delivery of shortlist or final selection to the client.
Consultative support to the organization and profiles throughout the project.
Scheduling interviews between the client and the candidates on the shortlist.
Accompanying and advising clients in the closing process if requested.
Notification and thanks to final unsuccessful candidates.
