Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or degree in social work or a closely related field
- Flexible in accommodating the needs of the program and client including evenings weekends and holidays.
- A valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
- Current on trends and practices in child welfare
- Ability to pass required background physical and drug screenings.
- Commitment to understanding and serving a culturally diverse population
- Ability to problemsolve make decisions and manage time effectively
Essential Functions:
- Provides care and service that is consistent with Bashors philosophy of treatment (solution focused evidencebased and family/client centered)
- Demonstrates the ability to locate and implement agency policy and procedure State regulations and accreditation standards
- Provides services related to treatment including but not limited to: preadmission intake ongoing of care discharge and aftercare support
- Serves as an advocate for the child and family
- Functions as a member of the program treatment team; works collaboratively with clinical staff
- Coordinates appointments case documentation and client records
- Connects with supports in the community
- Participates in parent engagement protocols
