Family Service Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors or degree in social work or a closely related field
• Flexible in accommodating the needs of the program and client including evenings weekends and holidays.
• A valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
• Current on trends and practices in child welfare
• Ability to pass required background physical and drug screenings.
• Commitment to understanding and serving a culturally diverse population
• Ability to problemsolve make decisions and manage time effectively

Essential Functions:

• Provides care and service that is consistent with Bashors philosophy of treatment (solution focused evidencebased and family/client centered)
• Demonstrates the ability to locate and implement agency policy and procedure State regulations and accreditation standards
• Provides services related to treatment including but not limited to: preadmission intake ongoing of care discharge and aftercare support
• Serves as an advocate for the child and family
• Functions as a member of the program treatment team; works collaboratively with clinical staff
• Coordinates appointments case documentation and client records
• Connects with supports in the community
• Participates in parent engagement protocols

Hourly Salary ranges $18.90 $24.43/hour
