About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our clients legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to litigate family law matters from start to finish including custody visitation support protective orders and other aspects of Divorce Domestic Violence and Paternity cases. Youll manage your own cases while providing support to other attorneys on complex cases. If youre passionate about family law and have 3 years of experience we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Litigate family law matters from start to finish including custody support and divorce cases.
• Conduct research draft legal documents and prepare for court hearings.
• Attend depositions mediations and hearings to advocate for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients outside attorneys and staff.
• Manage billable hours and ensure all case management aspects are properly handled.
• Provide compassionate and knowledgeable communication to clients regarding complex legal matters.

Core Competencies:

• Family Law Expertise: Proven experience managing family law cases including custody divorce domestic violence and paternity.
• Client Communication: Ability to communicate with compassion and knowledge ensuring clients feel supported throughout their legal journey.
• Litigation & Research: Expertise in legal research drafting and presenting cases in court.
• Organization & Time Management: Strong skills in prioritizing tasks managing cases and tracking billable hours.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Law.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• CFLS certification or eligibility is a plus.
• Excellent research writing and analytical skills.

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
