As an Events Coordinator you will play a crucial role in planning organizing and executing a wide range of events from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach. You will work with diverse teams and vendors to ensure every detail is meticulously managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualise plan and execute events that align with organisational goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets ensuring all aspects are within financial constraints.
- Vendor Coordination: Research negotiate and liaise with vendors venues and service providers to secure contracts and services.
- Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics including venue setup accommodations catering transportation and technology needs.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events through various channels including social media and email marketing.
- OnSite Management: Coordinate and oversee event activities on the day of the event to ensure smooth .
- PostEvent Evaluation: Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
