Minimum Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources Practice. Level 5 Diploma in Applied Human Resources or Advanced Level (equivalent to Level 7) Award/Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent Employment Law qualification is desirable
High level of interpersonal skills
Strong Communicator – you’ll be dealing with business owners and their teams across a wide portfolio of businesses (verbal, written and strong telephone communication skills)
Able to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing and challenging circumstances
able to work independently, showing initiative and being self-motivated
