Job Description
Responsible for the planning, coordination of the strategic and refurbishment projects & monitoring the project team's overall process and operations from conceptualization until completion within the budget's goals, and the required deadline.
Responsibilities:
• Support creation of scope of works for the tendering purpose.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot issues associated with coordinating and development, design, right-of-way acquisition, construction and complex development projects.
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/Trades - through reports and site visits.
• Supervise and assure that the work done by the contractor should be according with the approved BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Act as a POC for all end user (Internal AAM Departments) and assist with determination of project requirements & ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare substantial completion letters and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
