Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth and achieve sales targets. 2. Identify and target potential clients within the local market, focusing on companies in need of overseas recruitment, professional manpower services/ contract staffing services. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 5. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and highlighting the value we can bring to their organizations. 6. Negotiate and finalize business agreements, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both parties. 7. Coordinate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth of projects and client satisfaction. 8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired results. 9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to overseas recruitment and HR outsourcing. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the Human Resources consultancy industry in Qatar. 2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 3. Strong knowledge and understanding of overseas recruitment, professional manpower services, contract staffing services, and HR outsourcing. 4. Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers. 6. Familiarity with the local market, including key industries and potential clients. 7. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach. 8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
